you don't hear it from me chief, because im not spewing this retartedness of late in here. this forum went south awhile ago, and i stopped contributing to it long before that, doesn't stop me from viewing the circus tho. so preach on brotherman.
jenks, sometimes, i want to take the paddle that the evil fraternity from animal house used, and just smack political sales people over the head.
i like toasty and shosh, but all these fucking posts remind me over christmas season marketing you cant escape. its like living below mount st helens and realizing its erupiting fecal matter and your car is broken. you just cant get away from the shit falling in your lap.

can we all jsut admit that we are fucked no matter who wins. the only thing obama has is that he is not GW' party. no real other qualifying factors around him. mccain is like giving gw a 3rd term.
both full of shit. both bad choices. but both better than hillary.
comon people can we just stop. no matter who wins it will have serious negative
consequences here and abroad. if mccain wins, the world still hates us, ok fuck you too. if obama wins, our country gets even worse to deal with internally. no matter what the guys liek toasty tell me, the split will destroy us. people will cheer for awhile, but after a week, we will see a polarization worse than we ever imagined. talk brass tax here, call a spade a spade. obama, a black man, who half the country thinks is a muslim, with zero experience and party line stance equal to his former party nemisis. oh yeah, thats gonna sit well with 90% of small business and the market, and the fucking assholes who are already plotting his asassination...
either of those are inevitable. live with it. im looking at homes in toronto if obama wins, and fucking nuke shelters if mccain wins.
both full of shit. both bad choices. but both better than hillary.

im sorry, but no matter how hard anyone pitches obama, i cant even consider him a positive factor for the history of our country. and this isnt saying im for mccain, i wrote him off long ago, he isnt even a factor in my mind.
both full of shit. both bad choices. but both better than hillary.
and jenks, overrated in that people present him to be something new, and he isnt. the only new thing about him is his age. other than that. he has a history of being a part of the problem we have faced since clinton;s second term... (houses voting against the sitting admin and getting zero done for the country.)
sightless: i agree with you 100% that both mccain and obama are full of shit; but unfortunately we are stuck with one of those 2 douchebags, no matter how hard barr tries. however my stance is that with mccain at least i agree with a couple of the things he wants to do, or should i say i'm not against everything obama wants to do. just like you said, i see obama as a great danger to our country at least internally, and although germany might give him the ocasional bj the rest of the world isnt going to do shit for us. what happens inside is what matters most. thats why im so against obama.
yeah yeah, why dont i vote for barr then... because unfortunately he doesnt have a chance, because the media controls the population so effectively that it doesnt matter what a candidate can bring to our country, people are going to follow as the media dictates and the sad truth is that barr, just like ron paul, is treated as the outcast.
cheers
(also I like to provoke people a bit, thats why i also attach asshole-ish pics to my post)
yeah everyone should vote based on who draws a bigger crowd in germany, lol strong logic there my friend:
on another note....
Boy, did you miss the message in my post...I wasn't even giving an opinion, but just pointing out the Obama tactic there.
That second image is so typical: am I to understand that McCain is a better leader because he has fought in the army? What is it with conservative Americans and their goddamn army fetish? Wouldn't you rather have a president that tries to understand the machinations behind the behaviour of other people/countries, so he can deal with them more effectively to the benefit of the US? (I'm not saying that that would be Obama, it could be someone else).
Or are you saying that Obama cannot be a real American because of his background? Because that would be rather short-sighted, given the basis of your society (the melting pot...)

nah Yao I just liked the picture. i do think obama's muslim past/background whatever might have some influence on the decisions he would make, but i wouldnt necessarily vouch for that; and we cant really say he is christian because he flushed his church and pastors down the toilet when it didnt favor his campaign anymore, conclusion - i dont really know. i think the picture reflects something a bit deeper, which is the accusations towards obama of being unpatriotic in contrast with mccain who was ready to give his life for this country.

shosh, the difference between me and you is this
both wrong.
i think obama is better than mccain. but only in the sense of a lessor of two evils.
you have the opposite feelings.
anyways, i made it clear im a barr voter unless he somehow comes out of the closet admitting something atrocious.
the difference between shosh and sightless is: it's not just that you hold different views, sean's viewpoint is actually his own, fking looney? yes imo, but at least he's original. shosh regurgitates the talking points and propaganda and really doesn't know anything about McCain, other than what the machine shoves down his throat, and that he doesn't like Obama. And ya know, fair enough for not liking Obama, even if I think it's a misguided view, that's your right and that's your vote- cool.
But you don't even have a clue who you're really voting for in McCain, Shosh. Patriot my ass. Do some research on your boy- i'm not saying read what Rush says about him, or what some bullet point list you got in your email says- read about him, check his voting record. I'm fairly certain any logical person wouldn't think McCain is so rosey. Then again, logic is lost on a lot of people. Your arguments are so adolescent, and it's giving me a headache, which i know is your intent- congrats it worked, but it's really all you have, sad. Post more nazi pictures and communist propaganda, you're really hitting an important point and winning the public over with your fascinating arguments.
I don't think Obama is the Messiah, but i know for a fact that McCain is a hell of a lot more of the lousy fucking same. I'll take my chances with a leader, regardless of this "experience" you're supposed to have to be President. Hey Bush had tons of this so called "experience"...sweet huh? Real nice shape we're in.
what happens inside is what matters most. thats why im so against obama.
im sorry but that is the lamest excuse i have ever heard. McCain is pretty much Bush the 3rd.
McCain of 2000 had really good views, i would vote for him... but, like Jenks said, check his voting record the past 8 years and see where is has flipped and flopped and come back and tell me what you think of him.
I loved it how he sold out his own patriotism in order to gain support from the ultra-conservatives. he was a POW and tortured when he was younger... any LOGICAL person would not want that to happen to anyone else but he voted for torture... again to gain more support in order to further himself.
If you care so much about what happens inside the United States of America, you would not vote for another Bush (McCain).
I agree with Jenks, shosh, u need to get it off the fox news channel and do some of your own research.
dude, thats what this country is full of... most people have no clue what obama stands for, and they just vote for him because hes young or black or stupid.
look at black vote... you really want to tell me that all those black people know what obama stands for? hell no, they just vote for him cause hes black. hell most of them probably cant read but they think he is going to help them out, which he said he was going to do.
as for the rest, its the stupid new wave of thought of our generation, degrading all of our values and everything it used to stand for.
Even if your unflattering generalization of black Americans was accurate, does this not possibly work the other way as well?? I mean, since you introduced the race factor here, let's continue with this a bit...
Let's take you, for example. You're a far right-wing white guy. There are many people like you in this country, and who's to say that all of them, whenever faced with a differing choice, aren't always just going to automatically vote for the white guy cause he's white?
Do all those people really necessarily know what McCain stands for?
Do all those people really necessarily know what McCain stands for?
i think it is safe to assume that at least 60% of the voting people in the USA dont follow politics and only vote their party lines... which they get from their parents. that is what i think anyway...
