    Yeah by tasering a guy with a broken back so he REALLY can't get up. The guy probably had a better chance with the oncoming traffic.
    I was thinking the same thing. When are cops going to realize/remember they are our SERVANTS not our RULERS.

            I can't stand cops!, they all have huge ego's n' shit, fuck da police! I've had my run-ins with the law several times and not once was it justified by them. Fuck them. LAPD can suck my cock!
