only kind I can think of is the sun, bc it significantly helps stimulate formation of Vitamin D in the body - but even that exposure should arguably be moderated.

but from everything I've read and heard, in principle you want less microwave radiation going through your body, not more.

100% correct... with the exception that the sun doesnt just emit one type of radiation....what i should said was that some types of radiation doesnt have the life span to do damage to cells in your body...i,m not one hundred % sure on this but i,m guessing these are the type of radiation used in microwaves......mobile phones are have similar waveforms but no 1 thinks about them in the same way as they do radiation.

I don't have a microwave mainly because it turns food into shit!

I'd actually question their convenience as well with all that stirring and special dishes and sometimes if you are trying to nuke larger amounts it takes longer than conventional methods.

radiation eliminates all nutrients in foods, hence nuked food is not a good source of nutrition... it will however fill you up on the go... the option is up to you, quick meal or a meal worthwhile...
