lol. especially ^that part. you're already making excuses for your made up argument. er uh, maybe not the new ones, but, uh...tictac boxes all over the car? really?

What i meant about the cars made in the US didnt came up as i expected (my english is a bit rusty). What i wanted to say was that the older cars from BMW where built better than the cars that come out from the US factory nowadays.

Maybe were having sort of a misunderstanding here due to the economical differences in our countries :P, here there are not as many new Japanese cars as in the US.
80% of the cars here come from japan with left hand drive and are changed to RHD and i havent seen many new acuras or high end asian cars to actually judge.

The current Jap models might be more reliable atm (my dads 2007 525i got 2 engines changed w less than 3k miles :P) but still id rather get a nazi than a samurai... with a few exceptions obviously.

the only reason you'd pick a VW over a BMW is because it's cheaper to buy/repair. They're in no way better/more reliable than BMWs and they service an entirely different clientele in today's market.

ddr if you have any q's you can ask me about how the ownership is going etc, I picked up my 335i coupe last year in Germay, I'm right at about a year of ownership right now.

Yup.

BMW has an European Delivery program which allows customers to order their cars from their local dealers in the states and in a couple of months fly to Munich and pick it up. You can drive all over Europe and drop it off at about 15 different places. I got to drive it 155mph on the Autobhan.
You actually save money while doing it. Less now that the dollar keeps sucking more and more, but the price diff on the European wholesale value which I bought it for vs. the MSRP off the lot here in the US was about $6,000.

awesome review, but could that host be any more fake? i wanted to throw a brick at him about 10 seconds into the start, lol.

and as far as the looks...its just the grill thats displeasing, really. i'm betting the first thing to come out will be after-market mods that make it look a hell of alot more attractive.

I think on acurazine.com there's photochop of the grill being painted the same color as the body, the result was awesome, though on a darker color (as the black above), the front is gradually growing on me. In the beginning I was just like wtf but now its softened out. Kinda like the previous generation wrx-sti, you looked at it and thought jesus that car got a bashing, but then you looked back at it. There was something about it that just made you wanna look.
