What i meant about the cars made in the US didnt came up as i expected (my english is a bit rusty). What i wanted to say was that the older cars from BMW where built better than the cars that come out from the US factory nowadays.
Maybe were having sort of a misunderstanding here due to the economical differences in our countries :P, here there are not as many new Japanese cars as in the US.
80% of the cars here come from japan with left hand drive and are changed to RHD and i havent seen many new acuras or high end asian cars to actually judge.
The current Jap models might be more reliable atm (my dads 2007 525i got 2 engines changed w less than 3k miles :P) but still id rather get a nazi than a samurai... with a few exceptions obviously.
