Staind's Dysfunction album was really good... was lucky enough to catch them and Limp Bizkit at the Family Values Tour in 1999.

will check out the album and right on about catching him live in '99! should start a thread about fav grunge and rock bands from that time.

^ Sbando, really sorry to hear about your dad, if you want to find a peace of mind (this helped me myself in the past) try a simple meditation, by sitting comfortably with your straight back and closed eyes, concentrate on your breathing just for a few minutes and this can have a really soothing effect
