      its LA40A650A1M for mine .. i think the model u are referring to is meant for the US market and probably thats why i dont see any 120Hz screens running around ... it will only be delivered next saturday so i cant really tell u how the second ps3 looks on it yet

        Interesting. Yeah, we've got several 120Hz TVs over here and I've watched the demos at the stores but want to see a PS3 in action on them. The 9 series just came out but I don't feel like shelling out $3300 for a 46". There's an 860 series now that comes with the blue Touch of Color but haven't seen one in stores yet.

          do i need a 720p or 1080p to enjoy better my games or movies?....
          or its kinda the same?......coz the prices down here are fucking expensives!!...so wondering....if that doesnt make a good diff all go with some regual hdtv of 24" 26" kinda like this one, hope i may find it here link

            there is of course, a huge jump in resolution between 720P and 1080P (at least for me) but it also depends on what the source is encoded at. If you are playing games that are not designed in 1080P and it will be a while before BluRay flix at 1080P will be easily/cheaply available in your area, then get 720P for now.

            of course if you're grabbing HD content on the web in 1080P and you plan on keeping this tv for a long time, pay the extra cash and get the 1080P. It'll be a good investment for the long run.
