    just a note about eating shark (well shark fin soup)...DONT. they catch the sharks, cut their fins off and then dump them back into the water still alive. the shark then is unable to swim and literally drowns.

        no!!!
        The only shark I have ever eaten is one my mates caught.. i would NEVER support the torturing of sharks like that.. I know they are killed by the 1000's daily.. fucking sad

            roger that. no shark for me.. that just made me livid. what an utter atrocity, and what an appalling betrayal we pull on the animal kingdom..

            i heard they also chop off the feet of chickens at the chicken farms, and then pump the chickens full of hormones n' stuff.. for obvious reasons.

                        yeah, they rip the beaks off of baby chicks too for whatever reason.. this is why I only eat organic and free range meat and poultry

                        it's the arrogance and sense of entitlement of mankind unfortunately

                            The way we treat other species we feel are "beneath" us is disgusting. I watched this documentary (can't think of the name atm) on how we treat cattle, and dog/cat farms, and I couldn't watch more than 10min....it made me sick to my stomach and I was bawling.

                            I don't get why they need to be so cruel and inhumane
