Maybe check our FAQ: http://www.mercuryserver.com/forums/faq.php and look for 2 topics, one is about pop up blockers and the other one about getting a white page when downloading..maybe it is one of these problems affecting you. For me the download works in IE7 and FF3.0 like a charm. Do you use a download manager like Flashget or others? If so, turn them off to be on the safe side because our security scripts do not really suppport them so using them can work or not.
