Hi - as i'm celebrating 50 posts (good going when you consider only a couple of months ago posts were just something i walked into on my way home) i'm sharing a mix of some seriously old school sounds by one of the old school masters.
Legendary residencies at Garage (Nottingham) and Hacienda (Manchester) put this man truly on the map. Apparently once he even let a young lad called Alexander Coe have a bash on the decks and it was all looking very promising until mr Coe thought he'd do better with a girl's name and was never heard of again..............
1991 shit that makes me feel old. It's from a tape so please bear that in mind as it drops out in a couple of places..... Rather than complain about the sound quality why not spend the next 17 years being kicked around the footwell of my car and see how you sound? or treat one of your cdr's badly for that time and we'll have a listen in 2025.
