I have been asked by Dom to post a response to all of your questions. Here is what he asked me to post on his behalf

i guess i should try to explain what this is about and why i was banned, my posting rights were restricted on having an argument with both shiva and scifi penis instector i was banned from posting on some of the forums, obviously shiva put her foot down as a moderator, which was understood, but there was a damn good reason why i had a go @ her and she now knows why and to be very honest its left a bad taste in my mouth, this lead to me having quite a big argument with mike, steve and also kamal after they wouldnt give me a "parole hearing".

Somethings were said and from what i gathered everyone was calling for my departure on ms which was decided after i had a go them in private.....I'm not sorry about what was said as it was for a good reason, i did apologize to shiva in a private message but what i said was for a god dam good reason, i wont be apologizing to any of the other guys because i seem myself as doing them a favour...hopefully i,ll still remain freinds with some of the good people i,ve had the pleasure of knowing during my time on ms and for the time being i will still be recording each week untill herre takes over...unfortunately i,ve made the decition myself to not come back under a new name because it would only fuel an argument and i dont want to waste what you guys have built up as freinds on here so i think its best that i should and will be keeping my distance....those of you who know me well enough will know where to go if u want to chat with me or what ever.....if ur just looking for an argument then i sudjest you go looking elsewhere for one because i,m not going to be entertaining you...thats just not me!

I'm not entirely happy about my departure as this was probibly my favourite forum due to getting on with you guys so well but i have to respect the wishes of the people that run it and also there closest freinds, like i said i should still be recording digweeds show each week for a little while and if any of you guys need to get in touch with me for whatever reason get in touch with either tom, huggie, jeff, herre, jib or karen and I'm sure they will know how to get a hold of me (not sure if kamals talking to me so i,ve excluded him from that list)

Now that that has been said, I will say my piece.

I am not entirely sure about what went down or anything like that, but I will say that Dom is a good person. I know he is going through a lot in his life right now, and I hope more than anything he can sort things out.

Because Dom is a good person and has done a whole lot for this community I ask that we respect his need for privacy at this time as others have mentioned and please do not turn this thread into anything negatively attacking him.

Dom I miss you and hope you can sort everything and be apart of our little community soon

I hope he gets it sorted. I didn't know him really at all, but thought he was funny in some of his postings. I wish him well though and hope he does come back when he gets what ever he needs to get sorted out.

There are a number of reasons why Dom is no longer a part of this board, most of which are are not in the public domain. It was decided that some of his comments in public and those behind closed doors were not deemed appropriate with the image MS strives to portray.

With all that in mind and for the benefit of Dom this thread is now locked.

Look after yourself Dom.
