In all seriousness though, stress will make an ulcer worse...Take it easy for a while dude. Treat yourself to some relaxation, foods that won't upset your stomach, and stay away from alcohol. Best of luck dude.
$20 says the anxiety furthered this cause..get that under control more and you might be a lot better off...

i just got diagnosed with anxiety a couple of months back, the panic attaks are a pain in the ass, and the drugs you have to take to counter these attacks, just suck, dont have the energy to do anything, im always sleepy, and cant seem to concentrate on things that i need to concentrate.
Just think - you're due a run of good luck at some stage Sean, hopefully it's round the corner.
