EVERY presidential candidate has done stupid shit in front of a camera, or fudged a response, or taken some ridiculous photo they'd wished they could burn. Besides, Biden is a total jackass, and every time he opens his big mouth, he makes her look like Margaret friggin' Thatcher...
Maybe she's not got the experience needed, and maybe, just maybe, that's why regular people feel they can relate to her...
