Hey all i used to play a lot of games back when i was younger but now day's don't find the time. I have a couple question.. I have a PS 2 and am loving it. I just bout GTA SA bout a week ago and love it. Love the music (old Skool) Graphic's and the game play. My question's are these. Should i upgrade to a PS 3 or Xbox360?? I also bout Alone in the dark (not recommended).. i thought it would be good but it was too short and i finished it within a few hours. I have RE4 and am thinking of getting a PS3 or XBOX 360 just for RE5.. I have seen what GTA 4 looks like and it looks fucken awesome.. What games do u guy's recommend and should i sawp to PS3 or Xbox ??

your question would probably turn this thread into another ps3 vs xbox360 thread again ...
basically it boils down to what u want in the console to be honest ... if u are just into the pure gaming by yourself experience either would be fine as both are about the same and most games do come in both platform these days ..
i would say get a ps3 if u are looking for a blu-ray player as well or get a xbox if u are looking to forward to play with other ppl online as well although ps3 offers online features as well i would say its communities are not yet as developed as the xbox live currentlyI broke my spoon on the viagra sundae. -

1. Xbox 360 if you want to get diff. features and if you play online for that gaming community. The base system is way cheap ($199) but after you start adding some accesories, the price starts to soar past that of a PS3. There is the Pro version with a 60GB HDD and MSRP of $299 and the elite version has a 120GB HDD, HDMI cable and MSRP of $399. Online gaming on the Xbox is not free and is a paid service.
2. PS3 has a better hardware history but that doesn't mean the Xbox360 you were to get wasn't going to last. You can currently get a base system for $299 through Sony Style store if you open a Sony Credit card because right now you get a $100 credit towards your first purchase over $299. MSRP is $399 in the US. It has free built-in wi-fi vs. Xbox360 wireless adapter ranges from $70 and up. The PS Network is free to join. The PS3 comes with a base 80GB hard drive and has a blu-ray player.
It all depends on what you want out of it. Hope that clears up some things for you.Comment

-MGS4 / will probably get released on 360 due to poor sales next year
-God of War 3 / will get released in 2010 if you are lucky
-Resistance 2 / resistance 1 sucked...seriously what a mediocre boring game.
-Little Big Planet / wow...the PS2 never had such levels of fail seriously it ruled!
-PSN: the playstation network sucks balls... in game xmb is nothing like the xbox360 guide and people don't even talk there...some games are just empty its insanely boring
all of this games and multiplat ones require continuous 20 minute installations on PS3...due blu-ray being slower than DVD...its a good cheap BD player tho'
