Hi,
The link and all other existing links point to files which source is a file containing an Internet AAC 64 kbps stereo stream ripping mp3 encoded @320 kbps.
I have been disappointed by the sound in the file so, I have ripped the encored stream, corrected the sound spectrum, corrected the sound errors and missing stream data packets, edited the radio insertions into the sound.
Then I have encoded the resulting file using (the current) LAME –q0 –mj –V0 (default low pass filter cut off – 19 kHz).
The result is a VBR mp3 file @247 kbps.
This only means the encoder has determined it needs 247 kbps in average to generate its best approximation to the sound in the processed file in VBR mode of compression with joint stereo mode.
