    Pakistan Bombing

    hate to kill the buzz about the US Elections, but this is some serious stuff.


    ISLAMABAD, Pakistan (AP) - A massive suicide truck bomb gutted the heavily guarded Marriott Hotel in Pakistan's capital Saturday, killing at least 40 people and injuring hundreds. Dozens more were feared dead inside the building that was still burning hours after the attack

    i imagine this is in retaliation for sending U.S. troops cross-border into Pakistan from Afghanistan. I also suspect that this means the direction of the war on terror is heading in the right direction, finally.
