This is awesome. Print some out for the debate tonight if you're not watching it alone.

So white-middle class Americans have been told by their Television sets to be fearful of:
1. Mexicans/Latinos from the South bringing drugs and killings n' shit.
2. African Americans cause mos def they are raging a race war and want to occupy America like how the plebs occupied Wall St.
3. Iranians/Afghans/Any one of middle eastern origin to be quite frank, cause you know Islam...
4. North Koreans/Chinese cause you know everything...

Personally, I've really fallen for her charming, folksy "howdy doody" ask-a-hockey mom schtick. It's just SOOO REFRESHING in today's politics. You betcha!!!mixes: www.waxdj.com/miroslavComment

Re: VP Debate Thread
Did anyone else notice that there were instances where she was very clearly reading off of something on her podium? Not sure if she was reading off of the notes she was scribbling during the debate or something she had with her at the outset, but she was definitely reading at times. Maybe one of the commentators out there will catch it and post a video or something...Comment

Re: VP Debate Thread
I think one positive out of this "Palin-gate" lol, is it will possibly bring people out that havent voted in the past. I have never voted and I'm sure by my recent posts you can tell I am not deeply into politics, but this election I will.. because if by some chance this "Team Maverick" wins and I didnt vote, I will be very upsetComment

Re: VP Debate Thread
There's definitely nothing wrong with having notes, taking notes, etc. There was at least one instance where she was reading verbatim from something in front of her, though. Wish I could remember when it was so I could post a video. Oh well.Comment

Re: VP Debate Thread
i seriously cannot understand the outpouring of support of the notion that 'sarah palin rocked it last night'. this does not come from objective sincerity, this comes out simply because she's a 'republican'. this is maddening. both sides.
Welcome the rule of simpletonian politics.
Also, does anyone wonder how much Palin is paying Drudge?you could put an Emfire release on for 2 minutes and you would be a sleep before it finishes - Chunky

Palin didn't fall apart like myself and so many others had expected (or even hoped for!)
She did okay in the debate, however she had a whole month to prepare for it and had been cramming hard the past 1.5 weeks at McCain's ranch. I believe that anyone, no matter how clueless, could have performed as she did last night if they were spoon fed information from her republican advisors & were able to practice/prepare for every possible situation over and over again until they had it down.Comment

Re: VP Debate Thread
There is absolutely NOTHING surprising in any of this.
Most everyone knew that she would study hard and pull it together for the VP debate.
Most everyone knew that a bunch of idiot commentators would write stupid "surprise" articles about it the next day.
And most everyone knows that that woman is still grossly unqualified to even THINK about stepping into the VP spot.mixes: www.waxdj.com/miroslavComment
