^a large component of a successful commercial real estate transaction is actually based on ones ability to "move quickly." I thought given decaprio's ability to instill confidence in the transaction and relationship, the speed at which the events took place made sense.
The guy with the english accent typing away on his computer wiring money and creating accounts seemed to move a little too quickly however and I agree that his role could have used more development.
