I did. I looked up the Wikipedia article on the New Party as well.

I'm wary about it, but I'm not about to freak out at the mere mention of the word "Socialist". As far as I can currently tell, these guys were primarily focused on trying to change the current two party system into a multi-party system. They didn't have the best proposal for it, and it was ruled unconstitutional. I'm not quite ready to jump from there to the abolishment of private property, collectivization of industries, marketing around in stupid fur hats - you know, all the stuff that the typical American thinks when you say "Socialist". From everything I've seen so far, I really don't get the sense that Obama is actually going to take my car and my house.
Personally, I think it wouldn't be half bad if we could get away from the winner-take-all misery of these two dominant political parties. I don't think that the Fusion system is the best way to do it, though.
At this point, I'm still more likely to roll the dice for Obama than for McCain. I'm not thrilled with Obama, but I'm less thrilled with McCain...and I can't stand Palin.mixes: www.waxdj.com/miroslavComment

If it was found that Obama was a baby eating, squirrel stomping, pedophile scientologist priest from Xenu, it wouldn't matter to most of the Obama cult members here, or anywhere else...
You and I will never understand what's it's like to have the warm, sticky load of "hope" and "change" sprayed into our face... As such, we will never truly understand what it's like to be blinded by the gloriful ejaculate of socialist propaganda...
And McCain isn't much better... I hate voting for the lesser of two evils... Especially when McCain spends the entire debate trying to sound like a Democrat, and Obama dances around, trying to convince us all that he's not the socialist jackhole that he once was...
