I asked this same question way back in February . . . just interested if much has changed percentage-wise. . .

it's RA. they'd blow their load all over some stupid 20 minute loop of a snare if it had a quirky flange setting. - Tiddles

Re: So who are you gonna vote for? (part 2)
from the third option POV
at this point, i dont want to go buzzword forward, or backward. i want to go sideways, to the different street. both of these guys are firmly entrenched in the political parties that annihilated our country's standing, hurt our domestic economy, hurt our banking, and much more. blame goes both ways on all issues. the democrats are responsible for the mass deportation of american jobs, with the NAFTA agreement kerry was signatory on(ask kuchinich about this, and he is as left wing as they come), the hijacked republican party took the bible and beat us over the head with its moral social standing(while every republican scandal involves pedophilia or gay sex affairs).
barak is promising shit that god couldnt deliver while smiling in the face of those who built the wealth we grew on. and mccain, honestly i stopped listening to him a long time ago. the only difference is that he said while he against gay marriage personally, he would put it to state vote on ellen D 's show. other than that, he is 99% GW2.
i went to the hofstra debate, and honestly, and toasty will confirm this, i texted him "can i bill them for that hour and a half i just lost?"
neither of them have a grasp on what everyone needs, they only show thier cards for what thier hardcore constituencies need. barak peddles to poor people and laborers saying they are entitled to have an equal life like someone who has a doctorate from harvard (no.) and mccain, as i said before, reminds me of a catholic school dean of discipline, who is telling you the punishment they are dishing out will build character.
if this country would gain some formal intelligence (we have none, not even in top 15 of overall intelligence in the world), they would do something drastic and clear the houses of all these incuymbants who continue to do the same shit over and over.
ideally, and it wont happen, but IDEALLY, i would love to see the accountants, financeers and economists take over economics, let the scientists take over progressing technology and medicine, and have the labor unions work with both to sort out what is needed on the "main street" level.
guess im just disenfranchised, but i am so disappointed that we are at bush vs kerry all over again, just two new names. but our country frankly is beyond help in the age of MTV, paris hilton, and who's fucking who, viagra, and the rest, so guess im stuck here for the ride until i get the masters in international accounting so i can move the fuck out.your life is an occasion, rise to it.

1. nailed it on the head. or if the two party system must stay, clear out its "employees".
2. two party system has only truly been effective since the new deal.
ppl from other countries laugh at the stupidity of our democratic party and hate the vileness of the current republican party.
and considering there are roughly 42 million reigistered independents in the country.... the voice is squashed.your life is an occasion, rise to it.

Re: So who are you gonna vote for? (part 2)
2 parties i think works, the problem is, there is no outside competition to force them to evolve, improve thier product, etc...
competition is necessary at this point; i think a strong 3rd party, like the LP, could revert the republican party back to principled discourse, and away from faith-based pandering.you could put an Emfire release on for 2 minutes and you would be a sleep before it finishes - Chunky

Re: So who are you gonna vote for? (part 2)
it would steal a TON of candidates and intelligent voters from them for sure. i bet half the republican party sits and thinks.. wow, i cant beleive they (the ultra religious right) put this through. the LP is growing by leaps and bounds since last election, and hopefully, will begin to get its voice publically heard.your life is an occasion, rise to it.

While it may not be right away while we deal with this severe recession, we will likely face higher taxes in the not too distant future - regardless of who you vote for. Someone has bring that $1 trillion (and growing) deficit back in line. That probably means less future government spending and higher taxes.mixes: www.waxdj.com/miroslavComment
