oh yeah, the wonderful accidents I call them. that happens a lot in my painting and I try to do it more and more. I love improvisation in everything. Life is an improvisation.

Painting is very difficult for me, I dont see anything but blank canvas.. and when I put pen on paper all i draw are eyes,smilies faces with teeth and stick figures...

To see a moment and try to freeze it, with ambient light and a moving object in tact is something I am much more equipt to handle.

I read your painting blog, but its hard to define texture and "feel" through words and pictures.. I
think art school dweebs really love the hands on approach.. (seeing and feeling and taking in something physical in front of them)

I have friends that do painting but ive never really explored the process..

Speaking of process, creating music is also a process.. something I love to listen and enjoy but the words that audio'invisioners use to describe their craft (also another huge art form) blows me away.

Oh Yeah Chirs. I've been reading that blog for a while. Good stuff.

Yeah Painting is hard to describe. You speak of staring at a blank canvas...go see the Ed Harris film Pollock and look at what he's staring at it that film and tell me it's not daunting. LOL.

I'd honestly love to be able to get my paintings to galleries so that people can finally see in person what i've been talking about for years. The few but very important shows I've had have always had people talking about how they never imagined the paintings would look as they do in person from the photos. I do think my high resolution digital camera does do nice work of showing the true details of the paintings, sometimes even more than the eye can see them. For the camera can blow up a small image to really show you all the details.

OK back to photos of cool dj's and hot women. How's the weather out there? I'm thinking of making a trip to warmer climates for a week or so.
