Re: coffee > tea
In all seriousness, coffee is essential to life. I do 1 max 2 cups a day. Usually black, with maybe half a pack of sugar...none of that caramel and whipped cream and sugary bullshit. None of that weak-ass instant or fast food crap, either - real French press stuff, or better yet homemade espresso. Starbucks is so so but keeps me going (Pike's Place roast is better than the old stuff, though). Peet's rocks, but they're unfortunately not in this part of the world.mixes: www.waxdj.com/miroslavComment

Re: coffee > tea
a nice cappuccino beats all kinds of brews! and the key is the milkfoam! the sugar you put in your coffee should not be able to sink from the thick milkfoam!!!

Re: coffee > tea
i enjoy both. coffee if i really need to get going, and green tea more on a daily basis. Both substances are chock full of antioxidants and both have been proven to lower risk degenerative diseases later in life such as alzheimers. Caffeine improves memory function in the short term as well.Comment

Black assamese tea with golden tips in it.
Good coffee in the morning though, to get me going. I like getting a cappuccino with espresso extra added to it. More like a Chernoccino really...Blowkick visual & graphic design - No Civilization. Now With Broadband.

Re: coffee > tea
I love the macchiato's in Italy:
Caffè Macchiato - In Italian, macchiare means to “stain” - and this espresso in a demitasse cup is stained with some hot milk, probably frothed, though no attention is placed on serving foam. This is not a mini-cappuccino.
The coffee in Turin, Rome and Naples are especially good - its funny how it differs a little in these places, but each is uniquely lovely.
Damn .. I need to get bck over there !sigpicSimonR

what's wrong with taking a few caffeine pills a day?you could put an Emfire release on for 2 minutes and you would be a sleep before it finishes - Chunky

I like so many others start with coffee in the morning and tea later in the day.
I was on like 5 cups of coffee a day for awhile and started to get palpitations. All good in the hood since I started slugging green tea in the afternoon/evening.

Re: coffee > tea
i used to be a barista for 10 years before moving into the finance industry. i used to drink between 5-8 cups (double shot) coffee per day. but when i wanted a break and had a tea it was the most refreshing thing ever. Now days i drink more tea than coffee. but when i do the opposite i don't feel the same way. Tea all the wayComment
