DDR you think this is legit? I trashed it too. It sounds nothing like JVM's set the next day @ Concert Hall. I know it's 2 Dj's but you'd think certain parts would sound similar. No disrespect to Yosel but I question it's validity.

i think its legit.

Fortier has been playing a lot of techy/electro stuff lately and a lot of this set is that style. a couple of tracks here and there are really dark and minimal which would suggest JVM playing. it is just two way different styles that dont seam to mesh very well imo.

probably sounded great live but sitting down and listening is meh...

its true, each one remains true to their own style but i think its very very enjoyable the tracklist its quite unique and very ecleptic, amy winehouse???? OMG that was definetly unexpected, i disagree whit the guy above, this set its one of the more originals sets i have ever heard and the second hour its just brilliant, that bjork track, iŽll kill just to know whose remix is.....

seems like they just have a good time i,ve heard about that gig being quite small probably they just decide to have a good time, definetly the tracklist its very uncommon

hate it when two DJ's who are supposed to be tag teaming are seemingly playing to two different crowds.

i dont know about anyone else but after an hour i had to shut it off

will give it another try some other day.

yeah you should give it a try in other time whit a big joint, actually i was doubtful about uploading this set, certainly at that gig there were no more than 200 people and the track selection its hard to taste when during all the set they keep putin on strange tunes at strange times, they try to make something whit many alternative tracks and remixes and for those who hear it the first time the result is a very strange track selection but when you hear it forgoten any expectatives of what you hear before of these guys certainly the result its a very inovating set where they mix where somebody else would be afraid to do so.... conclusion its a weird set, sorry for those that were expecting the set of their lives, but definetly this is a quite unique track selection.

Yosel no need to apoligize brother. Big thanks for sharing it. With what Fortier has been playing lately expectations shouldn't have been to high I guess. I know for me I get stuck in the past and hold out hope we'll get a truly magical set from the boys like back in the day.

I haven't listened to it yet but just because it isn't liked instantly don't mean its not good. I find the sets or Cd's i like instantly don't necessarily stand the test of time. Most of the sets i haven't enjoyed instantly and take a bit of time but when they finally click they are far more enjoyable. The problem these days is the sear amount of music available now makes it very hard to give a set more than a few plays before moving on to the next one. Something I always feel guilty of.

i think this set rocks. Lots of energy. Im about an hour in. I haven't heard the amy winehouse mix yet, but we could do without that im sure. either way, this set is pretty sweet and this party was probably rockin'

k so i gave it another try with headphones... about 2 hours in so far. and OMFG.

this set is truly original and out-freaking-standing.

totally one of the best sets this year no doubt.

Was really excited but with that track list ... wtf still plays U2 or Placebo? On paper the tracklist looks more like something Oakie might play. Definitely gonna give this a listen to find out.

any other help whit the first hours tracklist??? is it really neccesary for djs whit small crowds get that comercial??? the remixes are very nice and the first two 2 1/2 hours where really amazing, that bjork remix someone??? like priest
