I'd personally love to see Russ Feingold in there, at State. Maybe Wes Clark at defense? That's a bit bog-standard though. Truthfully, I'd rather see a civilian at Defense.

Secretary of Defense - Colin Powell -- it'll never happen but I would love Gen. Wesley Clark here if Powell declines...word is that Robert Gates will keeping his post though
Attourney General -Janet Napolitano
Secretary of State - Kerry is lobbying hard but I doubt it will happen...other names possible Susan Rice, Greg Craig, U.N. Ambassador Dick Holbrooke
Secretary of Treasury - Tim Geithner seems to be the fav, also possible that Larry Summers or Paul Volcker could be chosen
The mark of a good leader is one who chooses great advisors that can work together as a team...I hope for the best! -

Yea, Kerry really is damaged goods. Poor guy. I agree with what you said about good leaders picking a team that can work together. I'm sure that will be one of the guiding principles in making these selections.Comment

It sounds like Kerry is just busting his ass to get that position but I am going to guess that Obama wants everything to be fresh and a former 2004 presidential candidate is not that at all...Comment
