Re: Looking for Twilo sets?
There's a Digweed Essential Mix from Twilo 16.05.99 (you should be able to find the thread in this forum) and 2 x hour Kiss100 mixes (held in the Kiss100 archive) from the 3rd and 4th Birthdays.
Aside from an old Love Groove Dance Party mix (Danny Ramplings show - again in this forum) that someone recalled was from Twilo, I think that's about it.sigpicSimonR
This release was mastered direct from vinyl at the request of the DJ and as such features natural sound characteristics of this medium such as record surface noise. -
Re: Looking for Twilo sets?
The Digweed Essential Mix on 16.05.99 wasn't actually recorded at Twilo. For some reason someone decided to label it that way. It was a retrospective of a set that Digweed did at Twilo. Digweed talks about this in an interview that someone posted on here a few years a go. Digweed did record a set for the Essential Mix in 1998 from Twilo, its mentioned in his Global Underground Sydney Travelodge. That never got broadcast for some reason. Maybe Superwave should start hassling Diggers to release it, if he still has it.Originally posted by res0nat0rOK Lets All Stroke Ron Pauls Cock On 3!Comment

Re: Looking for Twilo sets?
Ive always wondered about that EM @ Twilo that Diggers mentions in GU Sydney. I did a mad search for it a couple years ago but i guess it was never broadcast.... too bad though."Always........Dancing in My Mind"Comment

Re: Looking for Twilo sets?
Very sets came out of those amazing nights at Twilo. The management was very tight with recordings, photography and videos. Of course, this was before the era of the cell phone that had the ability to record video and take pics. Here's a rare video of Steve Lawler playing Trisco's "Muzak" at Twilo:
