Re: Celente Predicts Revolution, Food Riots, Tax Rebellions By 2012
so i guess that makes the probability zero then eh?
i see you know this guy well eh?
yeah, what could he understand about economics eh?
ah, so in fact, there is no plan for america.
the people who really rule america are just happy to let nature take it's course, hey buddy, you were a billionaire, but after nature took it's course, your a homeless man.
it's funny that people think they still have a choice.
lmfao
dont stop by my house looking for food if you dont at least prepare for what MAY happen.
but who am i kidding, americans never prepare for what may happen, thats why 80% of americans have less then 1k in the bank, cause, hey, who gets hurt now a days eh?
My point is just that you have no idea what that probability actually is. And probably neither does that guy.
You're both just shooting from the hip. Just about nobody in the world, and certainly not either of you, has the depth of economic expertise to be able to make any sort of strong, reliable and detailed predictions on our fate.
The proof is in his past — Gerald Celente has earned is reputation as "The most trusted name in trends" by accurately forecasting hundreds of social, business, consumer, environmental, economic, political, entertainment, technology trends, etc. Among them:
On the geopolitical and economic fronts, Celente and The Trends Research Institute are credited with forecasting many major trends, including the collapse of the Soviet Union, the last two recessions, the dot-com meltdown, the 1997 Asian currency crisis, the 1987 world stock market crash, increased terrorism against America, "Crusades 2000," and the quagmire in Iraq … before war began.
Gerald Celente has also accurately forecast many real estate trends, including the big move to vacation spots and small towns, the growth in the second home market, a real estate "fizz" in 2005 ... plus hundreds of other social, business, fashion, consumer and entertainment trends.
- Celente coined the term "clean foods," in 1993 and predicted sustained growth in organic products in 1988.
- When gold was at $275 per ounce in 2002, Celente said the price had bottomed and in 2004 forecast the beginning of the "Gold Bull Run." Since that time, with pinpoint accuracy, he said when, why - and how high - gold would go.

In some sense, I would suspect that it is to a large degree unwritten as to how things will end up for the world. We could take multiple paths into the future depending on the collective actions we decide to take today and tomorrow. The future will be what we make it.
