sacredawe78 you are one bitter SOB. you will be fine. no need to go out marching "the world is ending" yet, I would not be surprised if that is your call.
Civic, you should def. pay a visit to my country: every wednesday in my town it's twice as much skunk for the same price! Double day! No political discussions, just good old high talk. You're gonna love this one: one of my best friends recently got a full freezer bag (30x30 cm) full of Marihuana. And the guy he got it from has loads more hanging to dry on his attic. Woah....he gets these bags whenever he needs one.
Sacred: having a discussion with you is like having a discussion with a brick wall. You can break your head on it, it just won't budge. I made my point, end of discussion.
yet you both claim that "war" is essential to nature
don't you see that we must argue in order to be tactful with our innate dispositions???
this isn't about me just being right all the time...its about us conducting a thorough argument to continue in a dynamic manner moral perfection, or at least get as close to it as possible
but we must have a level playing field...i claim that we look at morality in a scientific manner...if we argue about and look at evil in terms of consequence rather than intention, we can work through this..
but all you want to do is be "political" and you don't want to be confronted at all..
i don't know...when i am alone, mediation works...but when im communicating about things of great moral concern, i think that reasoning and arguing are very very important....otherwise no real progress can be made
you've probably spent most of your lives bonding with people by staring at the evils of this world and joking them off with irony...as if you could never do anything about it...
i feel you can...maybe my foreigness only seems so because you have never thought of arguing as a means of dialectical growth on a moral level...
its sad, but im not going to go back to just flopping about in sarcasm like everyone else here...
we could have a very real relationship if you allow for it
don't you see that a "self" cannot even exist unless it is juxtaposed to another for an extended period of time...and in a world where morality is disintegrated, and there is no real way of communication, no level playing field (Reason/Arguing), and everyone's relationship determined by profit and loss....there is no actualy morality at all...relationships dont even really exist...the individual is honored in capitalism, its all about the indivual's goal to hoarde as many of the natural resources as possible, and everyone tries to keep pace...never really communicating, too busy trying to keep up with inflation...
No one is communicating...there is no morality right now....and ultimately there is no "selves" ....hence, existential drones everywhere trying to overcome their confusion through irony...much like the comedic gestures you continually throw out in rebuttle to my posts
we cannot be real like this...we cannot help each other...and i think its about time you stop looking at me cynically and realize that the goal here is for our species, not just me

The citizens of the U.S. and the whole world now facing with 4 more years under the presidency of George W. Bush. Will see how is going to work out, there is a lot to do over here. The fact is he won the majority of the votes, which means basically more people voted on him then voted on Kerry. That?s plain math. The nation seems like divided which aren?t makes this country stronger and better.
Time will tell the truth.
