I don't see the point in voting. I cant imagine the results will be any different to the DJ mag pole, or the TranceAddict pole. Just face facts trance is the most popular electronic music and AMV, PVD and Tiesto are the most popular Djs in the world. Do you want the pole to be constantly manipulated instill you get the result you want.

At least most of the people that frequent this site are not big trance freaks. You saw their top ten from last year. It was all a bunch of minimal and deep techno dj's.

RA being less trance-focused and with their podcasts going out to RA members, this poll might actually have some credibility. It'll still be interesting to see how a poll like this on RA turns out.

Yes they are but still they help artists to get bookings because some promoters use these lists to determine who's hot and who's not so I always try to push my fav artists. Problems with big votes is sadly that some of my fav artists are not even listed.

I'll have a vote just to particpate .. it'll be interesting to see how it compares to DJ mag - I assume there will be less links from DJ websites to this, so it should be more authentic.

If its less trance focused you are not really going to get an accurate result. Maybe they should exclude Hard House fans and Women, as most of them have bad taste in music to. Any pole that excludes people will actually have less credibility not more.
