    My first trip to England

I'm about to make my first trip across the Atlantic in January. Probably from the 8th till the 15th. Looking to stay with my friend John Paul on the weekend and go to Fabric and all that other stuff. Wanting to get my ass to the Tate to get to the Rothko show. I'm hoping to visit Paris also...probably early the next week.

I'm wanting to know if there are any of my MS brethren who might be willing to put a guy up for a night or two. I doubt I'll be around during the day as there is soo much to do.

If anyone is willing to help, please do let me know that way I can have everything almost completely planned and ready for me when I'm traveling.

Thanks everyone. I'm really looking forward to my first trip out of the USA.

Thanks bro. Might have to be a day trip. I was just thinking at the beginning of just going to England and Paris. But now I see a Funk D'Void show on the 17th in Zurich.

I'm really trying no to plan too much bro. But FDV is a very well loved DJ producer of mine and I know i'll never get to see him in Columbus. So what the hell!

Shit, if you're thinking about crossing the English Channel to head over there I'd recommend dropping by Amsterdam for a day or two. One of my favorite cities, and not solely for the obvious reasons. Tons upon tons of stuff to see and do there!

My first trip to England, I was about 7 years old. My mom was born and raised over there until she was about 27.

I keep telling myself to go back.

You are going to fall in love with it over there, dude. No lie. It is much different than American life.

Burnley is very laid back from what I remember.I have a picture laying around here somewhere of me rolling cigarettes for my moms brother. I was about 7 years old. Funny how shocked people are when they see that. That was how it was for me over there.

Liverpool was neat, too. Those are the two places that I remember being, believe it or not.
                            RIP ~ Steve James
