    What if...

    Bush resigns now.
    Then Dick Cheney becomes President.
    Then he appoints Condoleezza Rice as VP.
    Then Cheney resigns two weeks later and Condoleezza Rice, A Republican, becomes the first BLACK WOMAN President.
