First I would like to congratulate our new MS SUPPORT GROUP and the ones concerned, and thank them as well for their forum support coz I guess they are now the oil that keeps the MS engine running smoothly...Thank you!
But I also have few questions, and maybe some other users might have as well:
What is the MS SUPPORT Group function besides offering their technical services to MS in the backstage? What about the front stage?
I mean, if a user has a request, or need for support, shall he contact a member of the group? And if yes, where? Is there a public sub-forum especially dedicated for support calls, or we do that by PM's?
