Why are all my posts being locked?

I have now posted a few times on the board and all my posts seem to have a red dot on the icon, why are they locked?...and someone tell me what I have done wrong?

relax, maybe it would help to ask instead of stating ..... that little red dot on the icon just means it is a post that you have posted in, if you see the "post reply" icon when you enter that topic means that the thread is unlocked....
