This release was mastered direct from vinyl at the request of the DJ and as such features natural sound characteristics of this medium such as record surface noise.
Flying Rhino was more trance/psy than prog though.

Eh no, Platipus was trance/psy in my books too: POB, Terra Ferma , Albion, Art of Trance ... maybe some of their releases were played by prog djs, but Platipus itself was a predominantly trance label to me.
