Anyway, I have played and completed this over the past week on the 360.
Just as good as the original, in fact probably better in terms of storyline. The controls and feel are EXACTLY the same as the 1st one, which is a good thing in my opinion. Why spoil a good thing?!
Have not played it online but I've heard it's a lot better than the first one.
