    cattaneo last night...

got to the club around 2 am, hernan was already spinning.

he was playing some light flowy- progressive. the people were dancing.
heard funky summer. real nice on a big soundsystem.

    also space manouvres.stage3-

then around half past 3, he turned it up a bit played rowan and blades, filth, some other break beat tunes.

around 4 he was playing some harder melodic beats, real nice stuff.

i think his manager was behind him just watching the people dance, and dancing himself.

he also played ride, a new remix i think its the timo mass. not sure.
overplayed tune but went down well.

last couple of tunes around 5, sweet stuff.
    ended with lo step burma.

crowd wanted one more... Hernan played a very good track. Its from Chab.
cant remember the name. its like a rocker vocal tune.

lights went up and the party was over.

had a good time, had never seen hernan before. Good dj.

    allright.

    take care lads.

    have a nice one.

All men dream: but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds wake in the day to find that it was vanity: but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act their dreams with open eyes, to make it possible.

I like reviews that end like this, i know the emotion of the night is still with them. Hernan is thee #1 dj around at the moment (imo) Every time i`ve been to see him he took me to another dimension. Top class dj.

Good to see you had a good night kid. I take it you`ll go see him again.

Great to know so many of us ( mercuryserver members ) were at Acanto last Saturday. I really enjoyed the way Cattaneo played, enjoyed it even more than other more well established DJ that have played in Mexico City in the last year.

I guess we will keep seeing each other at the Mexican music scene even though we don?t know each other. C u later MEX members !
