In fact, that's the only reason your post didn't get a stronger response from me initially -- I'm completely numb to it after months of wrangling in the politics section, and I know that the sole goal is to get a reaction. We all know that the subject presented in this thread is a "delicate" one, joke or no joke; It seems it has started as a joke with no bad intentions (maybe shouldn't have been done in the first place) so lets try to keep it that way.

The thing is, that I'm sure you are Shosh .. that's why it may be best to sometimes consider some of the content before posting - I'm certain your intent has always been to raise a laugh or reaction.

In this case the reaction was that domestic violance perhaps isn't that funny and can be a highly offensive/intimidating topic - hence my post/report.

Certainly I would hate to see you banned or stop participating ... that wasn't my intention.

As for being a man/alpha male ... I'd suggest that real men don't hit women or condone/promote that behaviour - regardless of intended irony.
