    probably depends upon what your definition of "chill" is, because it is really, really chilled out. Much more akin to ambient than chill. If you like Global Communication, you'll probably dig it. Best suited IMO for sipping a glass of Bordeaux, late at night, in a dimly lit room.

        a) depends on how chill you want
