      If you ever fill in for another dj. Make sure that the club owner pays you. The owner usually should pay you after the gig anyway.

      And instead of turning the guy down for that residency, you should have just asked him if he needed a Friday only dj, or a Saturday only DJ, which you could do much easier.

          Had a long flight back to L.a. sorry for being so late on the reply.

          Thanks guys for all your encouraging words , this makes me look at things differently .... now that i have more time and things are a bit more chilled when I get back to Mexico I will def. contact that club owner and ask him for a night per week at the club .

          I will let you guys know what went on
