I think I need to simplify the question>

If I already have an indexed wav file, does Nero or any other program automatically creates the cue sheet based on those index marks? or do I need to write down (in notepad) each mark for every track and build the cue sheet manually?

In nero select all tracks and right click properties, uncheck two second pause box

in nero, as far as i have seen, and tried this. it always requires a pause between the 1st two tracks.

        anyone else have this issue?

You need to build them manually if you do it this way.

Paulhea, If I wanted to burn a CD I'll do it that way. That's how I always do it. But I'm not burning a CD. I want to create Cue Sheets automatically from an indexed wav so I can post both MP3 and Cue sheets files.

Thanks TomTom, I think you got it. Somebody should try to make a program that does this. Very handy.
