what can i say. so far i am so pleased with what i am seeing. Cardinals beating the heavily favored panthers. and eagles beating the defending superbowl champ giant....and not to forget the ravens beting the titans...
just love all these underdogs winning....i am hoping for cardinals vs san diego for the sb.
Yes the upsets have been a very nice surprise this year. I can't believe the Cardinals came out and just blew the Panthers away with their high-powered offense...very impressive.
As for today I thought the Eagles-Giants game was great hard-nosed football in less than perfect cold and windy conditions. The Eagles look primed to go all the way imo.
As for the bit right now I am rooting for the Chargers to knock off the Steelers but am not getting my hopes up. Heinz Field is a tough place to go into in the middle of winter and beat the home team. Also no home team has won a game this weekend so I think Pitt will get it done this afternoon...
SD defense needs work, and I still don't like Norv. Pittsburgh came out slamming the SD D with nice offensive rushing. It was actually nice to see Ward vs. Sproles. I wanted to chuck something at the tv everytime i saw Heinz smiling while running with the ball. Then I got my smile when Sproles burned right through the secondary to score the last td for SD.
Many people would sooner die than think; In fact, they do so.
