Casually smoked a few cigs in college, didn't like smelling like a campfire, never messed with it again. I wish you guys luck in kicking the habit.

day 6 and still no cigs

i got through the weekend as well which i knew would be hard but i did it

i must say its getting easier now too so hopefully no slip ups

Well work is killing me. I'm smoking more and more. I know it's not an excuse, but fuck sometimes you just need a moment to yourself and having a cig is sorta reassuring.

Try Alan Carr's "Easy Way to stop smoking" - after many attempts, I clinched it after reading the book.
