630- 7 AM FOR WORK and about 2 in the afternoon on sat and sunday.

I get up between 5:30-6 am EST. Have to be to work at 7-7:30 am. I usually leave around 4 pm EST. It sucks sometimes but other times it is nice to get out work before the 5 pm rush though.

But I made it up in time for breakfast for the first time in two months and it feel good

Most fun was when I used to row, those 6am starts are just grate, you have so much energy all morning, then pass out about 4pm.

6:45am for work and usually about 10:30 on weekends. it'd be later on the weekends if i could sleep later, but thats hard to do now that i'm the groove of waking up early. even when i stay out til 5 or 6am at the club, i wake up at 10-11am...

I usually go to bed around 5-7am.

On fridays and saturdays I have 8am class so I get up at 730am. All other days I get up between 10am and noon.

@6 am the bell rings for me...I work 8-10 hours per day and don't like to come home too late. As i can come whenever I want (if I don't have early meetings) I go to work early so I can have the evening for myself.

working int he night club industry , my schedule is all fucked up... i usaually go to bed between 5 am and 8 am and wake up between 1 pm and 3 pm ... on my days off im fucked i pretty much sleep all day and night off an on

i don't have fixed timetable in school, sometimes i had to wake up at 6, sometimes at 9, i prefer 9.00, the best time to wake up when you go sleep at 00.00 or 1.00. On Saturday i wake up at 2pm because of friday parting

i'm usually awake til 4, 5, or 6am. sometimes i'm up til about 9am.
then i go to bed and wake up around 1 or 2 in the afternoon.
i work nights so it doesnt matter when i get up in the afternoon.

My fav time to wake up is 10:30-11. I wake up at that time unless it's m/w/f, I get up at 7:30.

Even if I go out, still I wake up at the same 11:00 time no matter how much I've drank.
