Better try several times than never trying to quit...wish you luck and may the Force be with you this time.

Good Luck, it is a hard habit to quit. Maybe that is why they call it a habit.

I finally quit this summer......of course I always smoke when I go out
and then nicotine rage for the entire week.......but technically i have
                        broken the addiction.

If you can make it 1 week cold turkey I think it's probably in the bag.

That's how I quite 6 months agao. Doc said quit now while your lungs are healing and you won't get lung cancer. If you do smoke now your chances are like 10X greater then smoking with healthy lungs. Chances for mutation are greater in rebuilding tissue. So i quit with the patch! ____It was not easy

Teeheee, just stick one up a dog's arse and then sniff it. Picture yourself smoking it, and I bet you're cured forever...

i have done well for three days now. not a single puff or look. it will be the last few days i worry about

it is hard ... the coffee tastes plain. the drive home and to work is soft and music not loud.
