It's easy to make, just modify an existing one. Indexes don't have to be 100% accurate, just pick the point where the track seems to change.
If people here contribute with indexes I can write it.

I can do it properly if helped with the indexes, I don't know some of the tracks apart from this mix.
But anyone can do it, with a bit of approximation, as Vin says.

I've been doing them for years, so doing a cue is nothing new for me. I was just wondering if one was already done. If I get some time this weekend I'll do one.
