Oddly, this only is an issue with IE. Mozilla Firefox has no problems.

if you enter the password to a set, hit enter and then hit refresh on the downloads page.... you will get that error

log out of the forums, clear your MS cookie, close your browser, open new browser, log back in and try again, should do it
