What interests me the most is how the media love to tear down our heroes. We seem to have a desire for destruction. If I was at that party, I wouldn't have sent out that pic.

^^ You cant expect the media not to pounce on it thought. At the end of the day it's illegal throughout the majority of the world and everyone knows who he is so it becomes a big deal.

True that. What I meant to say in response to superdave's comment was that someone at the party obviously decided gee, here's Phelps smoking up, let's take a picture and release it ... so someone decided it was newsworthy first before the media picking up and obviously powncing on it as a sensationalistic piece of news?

Well and let's not forget the timing of this. Companies are downsizing dramatically and looking for way's to save, especially on marketing and advertising. So if there is a chance that someone like Phelps could even temporarily diminish a companies reputation or image, he'll be booted end of discussion.

seriously, the world needs to get over its fear of pot. it aint that bad. kid has MAJOR ADHD and it probably made him easier to deal with
