Yeh ... it's just downright stupid - Armin Van B takes up the 2-hours before JD ... which annoys the hell out of me, because Diggers has been providing shows to Kiss for 9-years and it seems a lack of respect to Diggers and the loyal audience he built up.

the actual 'live' listening audience for the show must be really small though. Those that tune in at that time. A far bigger audience just downloads the show at their leisure ??

Well let's face it, most of everyone else into mainstream EDM has a thing for trance. We just forget they exist because folks on MS have more discerning tastes and people in our immediate social circle would probably listen to or have been exposed to what we listen to. But sadly the rest of the world when I venture out of my little prog territory is into all sorts of music which varies from shocking to cringe-worthy to interesting

Yeh ... dunno how you capture that unless you do podcast subscriptions. People no longer want to tune into things whether that;s telly or radio - you can just tape it or watch on-line. Goodness knows who buys the avdvertising space, as it must be worthless.

I remember the days when the show began and I would record it on minidisc (just like simonr) but the 'timer' I used was my mum! I would leave numbered notes for her to read all over my hi-fi. She only actually had to press 5 buttons to turn the hi-fi on and get the show recorded. Good old mum!

wow..my mum if I ever tried this wouldn't have a clue!
