Don't bother getting vaccinated you don't need it for a short business trip unless you go into "China" proper.
Do the high tea at Peninsula its worth it.
Also go to the cheasy bar at top of Peninsula at night for a drink for great views of the skyline--even the mens room has windows with a great view!
Recommend taking the train to your hotel from the airport when you arrive, but take the ferry across to Hong Kong island for sightseeing. Its a great view.
Also book a trip to some island for seafood (Lago or something like that) You get a speed boat ride to the island then eat dinner and get a ride back! (Lobster in sherry sauce Hong Kong style!)
