    Plug Harddrive or laptop to TV

    HI

    (I'll swear there was a thread on this - but I cant find it)

    Is there a way you can plus your external hardrive into the TV - so I can play downloaded video clips etc thru the TV screen??

    or have a good link to relevant info?

      You can find external casings for your hdd that will playback video when connected to a TV.

          I know there are HDs with built in media players and Digital / Analogue Video and Audio connectors to the back of them that will connect directly to the back of a television.

          My cousin has this multi-media drive from Iomega that he uses

              thanks - I will check them out

              is there a way you can connect the laptop to the tv - using line in/out for example
              so that the video will play on the laptop screen and the tv screen ?
