Malwarebyte's Anti Malware ...Best one i've ever tried so far. finds shit and removes them... even the most popular apps fail to do.simple and effective

I use a mixture of 2 free tools: Spybot http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html and Adaware http://www.lavasoft.de They do what they should do on my PC's since Years and I never had any viruses on them.

since I stopped using IE (apart from one silly work program) - havent had any problems.

spywaredoctor was great = as was webroot spysweeper

X2 on the Malwarebytes. I used to use AdAware but it started to miss some things...
