    Sasha -StarsX2 1999 Mix (White Cover)

    I'm fairly sure this was recorded in December 1998. This one is similar to the Alexandria Palace set, except this one doesn't sound like Sasha has fallen asleep on the pitch control. Darren on TA ripped it in 4 parts, I just removed the gapes of silence and joined it together. Hes got a few more to do yet.



    2 hours long, the quality is good, one of the best mixtapes I've herd and one of the better mixes from Sasha from late 98.

                                  Yeah the funny thing with this set. The tapes where labeled the wrong way round. So the guy had been listening to them that way for years. I noticed as soon as I flicked through it.

                                      Lol @ fallen asleep on the pitch control.

                                      The Alexander Plaza Set had Unity as it's first record. If Sasha started with that and the pitch control was at zero it was 140 bpm-set from the start.

                                          I never liked the Alexandria Palace set. It had some great tracks on it but he played them so fast. I suppose it was the 4am till 6 am slot. Unity sounded better when Oakenfold opend with it at Homelands

                                              The Essential Mix from GCSS from 2000 was even worse. It has got to be way over 140 bpm.
